It can be difficult to decide if a treatment is right for you, which is why we always offer a free consultation, with no obligation to go ahead. If you would prefer that this is done via a video call, we can arrange that too.

Our clinic is based in Roughton, on the outskirts of Norwich and offers a location that is quiet and private with easy parking. It is also easily accessible by car or public transport. You can be assured of privacy, confidentiality, and a comfortable setting for your treatment.
We’ve always held high standards of cleanliness both pre- and post-Covid, with all equipment cleaned between every appointment, and again at the end of the day. Lateral flow tests are available, and staff all wear necessary PPE.

We’re always available for advice either before or after your treatment. We always try to be available during clinic hours to speak, but we can always arrange a call back at your
convenience. We can also be contacted via WhatsApp and Messenger.
Flexible For You
We know that it’s not always easy to schedule appointments around work, especially for
something so personal. We have flexible hours and can offer evening and weekend appointments where possible.
Treatment and Payment Plans
During your free consultation, we will provide you with a personalised quote (including VAT) with no hidden costs. We don’t ask for payments upfront, but a small non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the treatment.
If you need to spread the cost of your treatments, we can arrange an interest free payment plan.

Grant Emerson
Grant is a level 4 certified scalp micropigmentation technician with all the mandatory qualifications and certificates required. After seeing many botched SMP jobs he decided to make it his personal mission to help people correct their bad SMP treatments with tattoo removal; Laser Perfection was born! Grant now offers SMP removal and rectification along with tattoo removals and carbon facials.

Beth became part of the business in 2022, and now she does laser tattoo removal alongside Grant as well as behind-the-scenes parts of the business.
